TEAM LEAD FULLSTACK DEVELOPMENT (M/F/X)

  • You build up a new web application team in close cooperation with the management and take over its leadership
  • You coordinate our external service provider and closely coordinate developments
  • You are the link between external service provider, internal software development in other areas and the end user
  • You are responsible for the further development of the Progressive Web App (PWA) consisting of Web Frontends (PWA and SPA), Backends and APIs
  • You program in cooperation with our external service provider new features and expand exisitng
  • You ensure quality by applying clean code and agile development methods (e.g. code reviews), define guidelines and conventions for the team

  • Completed studies in business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist AE)
  • Knowledge in web technologies like React, TypeScript or HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge in Backend development with NodeJS/Express, MongoDB and REST APIs
  • Knowledge in the testing of web applications (unit tests, integration an E2E tests)
  • Enjoy agile and collaborative development (UX driven, DevOps)
  • Open to new technologies and willing to explore them
  • Proactive and solution-oriented work
  • >3.5 years of professional experience
  • Initial experience in managing employees and project management
  • Strong communication skills, leadership motivation, assertiveness and enthusiasm
